Terms and Conditions:
We will require a 50% deposit or full payment if you prefer for all bookings made.
Payment can be made via on-line banking or cash payment. Please call the salon 01244 313881 or send us a message for further payment details.
This deposit paid is non- refundable in any event.
Your treatment may be re-scheduled once only up to 48 hours before your appointment. After 48 hours notice we will not be able to re-schedule your appointment or provide a refund for the missed appointment. However, if the salon is not open due to Covid-19 related restrictions, you will be able to re-schedule your appointment.
We hope you understand that we have had to put these measures in place, due to the high number of appointments being cancelled either on the day or because of clients not showing up for appointments without any correspondence.
