Terms and Conditions:
We require a 50% deposit or full payment for all bookings made.
Payment can be made via on-line banking, card or cash payment. Please call the salon 01244 313881 or send us a message for further details.
The deposit paid is non- refundable in any event. Your treatment may be re-scheduled as may times as you wish, up to 48 hours before your appointment. In any event that 48 hours notice is not given, you will not be able to re-schedule your appointment or receive a refund of the deposit. However, if the salon is not open due to Covid-19 related restrictions, you will be able to re-schedule your appointment.
We hope you understand that we have had to put these measures in place, due to such a high number of missed appointments without any correspondence or notice.
